為進一步加強工作(zuo)統籌,推動工作(zuo)落實(shi),7月11日,學(xue)(xue)院召開優質校(xiao)建設推進會(hui)暨2018年上(shang)半(ban)年工作(zuo)總結(jie)會(hui),黨委(wei)書(shu)記王榮昌主持會(hui)議,學(xue)(xue)院領導、優質校(xiao)各項(xiang)目(mu)組有關同志,學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)處(chu)(chu)、招(zhao)生(sheng)就(jiu)業處(chu)(chu)、財務(wu)處(chu)(chu)、資(zi)產(chan)管理處(chu)(chu)、總務(wu)處(chu)(chu)、安(an)全保衛處(chu)(chu)有關同志參加會(hui)議。
會議聽(ting)取了優(you)質校(xiao)項目整體建(jian)設(she)情況,9個項目組建(jian)設(she)情況,資產采購、資金支出進(jin)展情況及有(you)關職能部門上半(ban)年(nian)工(gong)作(zuo)落實情況的匯(hui)報,分析了當前優(you)質校(xiao)建(jian)設(she)及學(xue)生管理、安(an)全穩定(ding)等(deng)工(gong)作(zuo)存在的問題和不(bu)足,對做好下一步工(gong)作(zuo)進(jin)行了安(an)排部署。
會(hui)議認為,今年(nian)以來特別是上次優質(zhi)校項目(mu)(mu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設專題會(hui)議以來,各項目(mu)(mu)組按照進度安排和會(hui)議要求群策群力、加班加點(dian)開展建(jian)(jian)(jian)設工(gong)(gong)作,有(you)些任(ren)務目(mu)(mu)標已(yi)經(jing)超計劃完成,有(you)些完成難度較大的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作項目(mu)(mu)已(yi)經(jing)找到了(le)替代方案,整個建(jian)(jian)(jian)設工(gong)(gong)作取得了(le)較為顯(xian)著(zhu)的(de)(de)成績。但(dan)目(mu)(mu)前(qian)優質(zhi)校項目(mu)(mu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設進度不均衡,有(you)些項目(mu)(mu)進展較為緩(huan)慢(man),資產招投(tou)標、資金(jin)支出(chu)滯后,有(you)些任(ren)務建(jian)(jian)(jian)設現狀距(ju)離目(mu)(mu)標差距(ju)較大,個別建(jian)(jian)(jian)設項目(mu)(mu)的(de)(de)瓶(ping)頸問(wen)題仍未(wei)解決(jue)。相對于建(jian)(jian)(jian)成國內(nei)領先(xian)、國際先(xian)進的(de)(de)優質(zhi)高職院(yuan)校的(de)(de)目(mu)(mu)標而言,我(wo)校的(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設壓(ya)力仍較大、困(kun)難仍較多,必須依靠(kao)創新(xin)開拓新(xin)思路,依靠(kao)苦干(gan)(gan)實(shi)干(gan)(gan)干(gan)(gan)出(chu)新(xin)成效。
會(hui)議(yi)要求,一是(shi)優(you)勢力(li)(li)量聚焦優(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao),把優(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)作(zuo)(zuo)為學院工作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)重(zhong)(zhong)中(zhong)之(zhi)重(zhong)(zhong)。各(ge)單位(部門)要服從、服務于優(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)的(de)大(da)局(ju),把精(jing)力(li)(li)向優(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)集中(zhong),統(tong)一思(si)想(xiang)、統(tong)一步調、統(tong)一行動(dong),全力(li)(li)以(yi)赴做(zuo)好這項工作(zuo)(zuo)。年終考核中(zhong)加大(da)優(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)工作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)比重(zhong)(zhong),強(qiang)化(hua)正向激勵(li),努力(li)(li)形(xing)成(cheng)干事創業(ye)的(de)良好氛圍。二是(shi)瞄準(zhun)重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)指標(biao)(biao)(biao),在提升建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)成(cheng)效上(shang)下功(gong)夫。把建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)國家級(ji)、省級(ji)標(biao)(biao)(biao)志性(xing)成(cheng)果(guo)和技術服務到款(kuan)額(e)、科技成(cheng)果(guo)轉化(hua)等具有橫向可比性(xing)的(de)量化(hua)指標(biao)(biao)(biao)作(zuo)(zuo)為建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian),進(jin)一步解(jie)(jie)放(fang)思(si)想(xiang),針(zhen)對重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)指標(biao)(biao)(biao)和重(zhong)(zhong)難(nan)點(dian)問題切實拿出真招(zhao)、實招(zhao)、硬招(zhao),破解(jie)(jie)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)難(nan)題,提升建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)成(cheng)效。三是(shi)把握暑(shu)(shu)假(jia)關鍵節(jie)點(dian),推動(dong)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)成(cheng)果(guo)再上(shang)新臺階。各(ge)項目組(zu)要利(li)用暑(shu)(shu)期(qi)時間充足的(de)優(you)勢,集眾(zhong)人之(zhi)力(li)(li)、匯眾(zhong)人之(zhi)智(zhi),集中(zhong)攻關解(jie)(jie)決難(nan)題。各(ge)單位(部門)要樹立一盤棋的(de)思(si)想(xiang),通(tong)力(li)(li)配合(he)、全力(li)(li)支持優(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)各(ge)項工作(zuo)(zuo),對建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)中(zhong)遇(yu)到的(de)問題,要主動(dong)協(xie)助解(jie)(jie)決,推動(dong)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)項目順利(li)進(jin)行。
會議認(ren)為,今年(nian)以(yi)來各(ge)有關職(zhi)能(neng)處(chu)室按照(zhao)年(nian)初工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)要點,做了大量卓有成(cheng)效的工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),為優質校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)設提(ti)供了有力保(bao)(bao)障,但仍(reng)存在一些薄弱環節,需進一步加強(qiang)(qiang)。會議要求,一是做實做細學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)管(guan)(guan)理(li)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。根(gen)據學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)特點強(qiang)(qiang)化分(fen)類管(guan)(guan)理(li),加強(qiang)(qiang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的紀律(lv)意識(shi),提(ti)高(gao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)遵守(shou)紀律(lv)法制的自覺性。抓(zhua)好養(yang)成(cheng)教育,培養(yang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)良(liang)好的衛(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)習慣、節能(neng)環保(bao)(bao)習慣等。二是抓(zhua)牢抓(zhua)好安(an)全工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。加強(qiang)(qiang)師生(sheng)(sheng)安(an)全教育,排(pai)除安(an)全隱患,提(ti)高(gao)師生(sheng)(sheng)處(chu)理(li)突發事件的能(neng)力,打(da)(da)造平安(an)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園,為優質校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)設營造安(an)全穩定的校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園環境。把(ba)留學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)安(an)全工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)納入(ru)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院安(an)全管(guan)(guan)理(li)的重(zhong)要內(nei)容,配備充足人員、強(qiang)(qiang)化日常管(guan)(guan)理(li),確保(bao)(bao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習活動順利(li)完成(cheng)。三是安(an)排(pai)部(bu)署好假期(qi)(qi)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。暑(shu)期(qi)(qi)優質校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)項目建(jian)設、綜(zong)合(he)改革、校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園基礎設施整修等任務(wu)繁(fan)重(zhong),外出培訓的領導(dao)干部(bu)也(ye)比較多,假前各(ge)單(dan)位(部(bu)門(men)(men))負責人要提(ti)前安(an)排(pai)部(bu)署好工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),確保(bao)(bao)各(ge)項工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)順利(li)進行。各(ge)部(bu)門(men)(men)之間也(ye)要加強(qiang)(qiang)協調(diao)溝通,打(da)(da)好配合(he)戰,為暑(shu)期(qi)(qi)各(ge)項工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)順利(li)開展提(ti)供便利(li)服務(wu)。
