為了增強師生心理(li)健(jian)康意識(shi),普及宣傳(chuan)心理(li)健(jian)康知識(shi),我院在第十五屆心理(li)健(jian)康節(jie)期間舉辦了優秀心理(li)健(jian)康教育主題班會(hui)(hui)評選活動,17個班會(hui)(hui)活動獲評一二三等獎(jiang)。
此次評選活動自開展以來,各系(xi)高度(du)重視,積極(ji)(ji)準備(bei),精心(xin)(xin)策劃。師(shi)生共同(tong)(tong)(tong)構(gou)思班(ban)會(hui)主題(ti),確定班(ban)會(hui)內(nei)容,認真設計每一個(ge)環節,形成班(ban)會(hui)方(fang)案(an)。班(ban)主任、輔導員(yuan)親(qin)自主持班(ban)會(hui),與同(tong)(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)們(men)親(qin)密互動,引(yin)導學(xue)(xue)生關(guan)注心(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)健(jian)康(kang)(kang),極(ji)(ji)大提(ti)升(sheng)了心(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)健(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)主題(ti)班(ban)會(hui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)效果。如劉勇老師(shi)召(zhao)開的(de)(de)(de)(de)“情緒的(de)(de)(de)(de)調節與管理(li)(li)”班(ban)會(hui),擺脫了傳(chuan)統說教(jiao)(jiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)模式,采用(yong)了心(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)劇表演、觀看心(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)短片與師(shi)生交流相結合的(de)(de)(de)(de)形式,深深地吸(xi)引(yin)住了同(tong)(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)們(men)。欒金志老師(shi)召(zhao)開“陽(yang)光心(xin)(xin)態伴我成長”班(ban)會(hui),通過(guo)自由討論、互動游戲(xi)、歌唱等形式提(ti)升(sheng)了同(tong)(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)們(men)的(de)(de)(de)(de)參與熱(re)情,達(da)到預(yu)期效果。殷巖峰(feng)老師(shi)組(zu)織的(de)(de)(de)(de)“讓陽(yang)光照進心(xin)(xin)扉(fei)”班(ban)會(hui)走出教(jiao)(jiao)室,來到學(xue)(xue)院小(xiao)西湖邊(bian),以輕松的(de)(de)(de)(de)方(fang)式與同(tong)(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)暢談,引(yin)發同(tong)(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)共鳴,提(ti)升(sheng)同(tong)(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)們(men)對心(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)健(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)認知。同(tong)(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)們(men)紛紛表示,這種(zhong)班(ban)會(hui)形式是以往較少(shao)接觸的(de)(de)(de)(de),傳(chuan)達(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)知識與理(li)(li)念易于接受,提(ti)高了同(tong)(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)們(men)對心(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)健(jian)康(kang)(kang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)關(guan)注度(du),增(zeng)強了同(tong)(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)們(men)的(de)(de)(de)(de)心(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)素質,掀起(qi)了關(guan)注心(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)健(jian)康(kang)(kang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)熱(re)潮(chao)。
