為(wei)(wei)進(jin)一步宣傳普及心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)健(jian)(jian)康(kang)知(zhi)識,6月18日,我(wo)院(yuan)邀請山東省精神衛生(sheng)(sheng)中心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)王麗娜(na)主任(ren)為(wei)(wei)全體大(da)一學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)作“社會發(fa)展與(yu)大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)健(jian)(jian)康(kang)”專題講(jiang)座,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)工作處副處長楊榮濤主持活動。王麗娜(na)針對學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)長過(guo)程中面臨的(de)(de)主要心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)困擾,從身體健(jian)(jian)康(kang)與(yu)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)健(jian)(jian)康(kang)、壓力與(yu)常見(jian)情緒問題、如(ru)何緩解壓力保持心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)健(jian)(jian)康(kang)等方面作講(jiang)授,并通過(guo)列(lie)舉心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)故事和心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)小測試與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)們進(jin)行(xing)互(hu)動。通過(guo)舉辦講(jiang)座,讓同學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)們懂得(de)如(ru)何在不(bu)同環境下(xia)調整自己(ji)的(de)(de)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)態,處理(li)(li)自己(ji)的(de)(de)壓力,做(zuo)一名把握青春、充滿自信的(de)(de)青年。
