3月14日(ri),我(wo)校(xiao)舉行(xing)2020年(nian)度副處級干(gan)部(bu)述職述廉述黨建工作(zuo)會議。校(xiao)領(ling)(ling)導(dao),副高及(ji)以上專業(ye)技(ji)術(shu)職務人員(yuan),正科級及(ji)以上領(ling)(ling)導(dao)干(gan)部(bu)參加(jia)會議。會議由副院長祝瑞花主持。
會上,36位(wei)副處級干(gan)部根據要求,就(jiu)2020年抓黨(dang)建和年度工(gong)作完成情況、存在的不足(zu)及下一步(bu)工(gong)作打算等(deng)方面進行了總結匯報。
黨(dang)(dang)委書記(ji)高(gao)磊對(dui)述(shu)職(zhi)情況進行(xing)了(le)(le)集體(ti)點評(ping),他(ta)指出(chu),2020年(nian),我們的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)有三點收獲(huo),一(yi)是面對(dui)嚴峻的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)疫情防控形(xing)勢(shi)(shi),在(zai)確保(bao)師生身心健康的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)情況下(xia)(xia),圓(yuan)滿完(wan)成(cheng)了(le)(le)各(ge)項教(jiao)育教(jiao)學(xue)任務;二是學(xue)校綜合改(gai)革起步(bu)成(cheng)勢(shi)(shi),各(ge)項事(shi)(shi)業取得(de)了(le)(le)長足發(fa)展;三是全校師生進一(yi)步(bu)統一(yi)了(le)(le)思(si)想(xiang),提高(gao)了(le)(le)認識,凝聚(ju)了(le)(le)共識,鼓舞了(le)(le)干勁(jing)。同時,也對(dui)副處級(ji)干部的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)述(shu)職(zhi)指出(chu)了(le)(le)存在(zai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)四(si)點共性問(wen)題(ti),一(yi)是講業務工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)多,抓黨(dang)(dang)建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)少(shao),對(dui)抓黨(dang)(dang)建(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)認識不(bu)(bu)足、方法不(bu)(bu)多。副處級(ji)干部應牢牢樹立“抓好黨(dang)(dang)建(jian)是最大(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)政績”的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)理念(nian),結合省(sheng)(sheng)廳(ting)剛剛召開(kai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)全面從(cong)嚴治(zhi)黨(dang)(dang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)會議(yi)精神和(he)省(sheng)(sheng)廳(ting)巡察整改(gai)要(yao)(yao)求,深入思(si)考(kao)下(xia)(xia)一(yi)步(bu)黨(dang)(dang)建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)思(si)路及舉(ju)措,確保(bao)把黨(dang)(dang)建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)抓實抓細(xi),實現新突(tu)破。二是定位不(bu)(bu)清晰。述(shu)職(zhi)中有些(xie)同志過度凸(tu)顯個人(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),有些(xie)同志把其他(ta)部門(men)或全校的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)成(cheng)績當(dang)成(cheng)自己(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)成(cheng)效。副處級(ji)干部是部門(men)負責(ze)人(ren),述(shu)職(zhi)應該(gai)以部門(men)職(zhi)責(ze)為(wei)依據,具體(ti)闡述(shu)是如何帶領部門(men)人(ren)員(yuan)攻堅(jian)克難、開(kai)拓進取、履職(zhi)盡(jin)責(ze)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。三是對(dui)問(wen)題(ti)查(cha)擺(bai)不(bu)(bu)夠,原因剖(pou)析不(bu)(bu)深。要(yao)(yao)多從(cong)部門(men)人(ren)員(yuan)政治(zhi)擔當(dang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)使(shi)命、干事(shi)(shi)創業的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)立場(chang)、全心全意為(wei)師生服務的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)態度、融入學(xue)校發(fa)展大(da)局(ju)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)意識等方面查(cha)擺(bai)問(wen)題(ti),深入分析存在(zai)問(wen)題(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)原因。四(si)是大(da)局(ju)意識欠缺,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)打算不(bu)(bu)細(xi)致(zhi)。要(yao)(yao)突(tu)出(chu)圍(wei)繞中心、服務大(da)局(ju)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)思(si)維,未來工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)緊(jin)緊(jin)圍(wei)繞國(guo)家、省(sheng)(sheng)“十四(si)五”規(gui)劃(hua)、省(sheng)(sheng)廳(ting)中心工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)和(he)學(xue)校發(fa)展大(da)局(ju)進行(xing)謀劃(hua),從(cong)講政治(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)度去思(si)考(kao)落(luo)實路徑和(he)具體(ti)舉(ju)措。
